A Minute of Snow: The Monster

December in northern Norway was dark, windy and dry. Aka good times. Most of the snow that did fall was blown off the mountains immediately, but some of it accumulated in the couloirs of Tamokdalen. So naturally we skied those. With a tiny window of light around noon, we timed (with an almost 100% success rate) our ascent so that we could take advantage of that light on the descent.
No Caravelles were harmed in the making of this film.
